Industrial Welding

We employ welders certified to EN ISO 9606 for all main processes: SMAW (coated electrode), TIG (141), MIG/MAG (131/135). We work on carbon, stainless and alloy steels, in any position and across all thickness classes.

Every weld is performed following WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications) qualified to ASME IX or EN ISO 15614. Our welders maintain up-to-date qualifications through periodic testing.

Plant & Pipe Prefabrication

We fabricate custom pipe spools and plant components in our workshop, starting from isometrics and drawings provided by clients or developed in-house. We manage the full cycle: certified material procurement, cutting, fitting, assembly and welding.

Workshop prefabrication ensures superior quality compared to field work, reducing installation time and overall costs.

Assembly & Installation

Our team handles on-site installation of prefabricated plants. We coordinate mechanical assembly activities, piping installation, supports and components, ensuring compliance with project drawings and applicable regulations.

We operate in complex industrial environments, with experience in petrochemical, steel and energy plants. We provide technical support during pre-commissioning and commissioning phases.

Technical drawings and testing documentation

Inspection & Testing

Finished product quality is guaranteed by a rigorous control system at every production stage. We perform or coordinate all non-destructive testing (NDT) required by standards and clients.

Upon completion, we deliver full documentation: material conformity certificates, welding reports, NDT results and test certificates. All documentation is managed under our ISO 9001 quality system.

  • Radiographic testing (RT) via qualified third parties
